Services
Booking and Cancellations
- Booking Fees: All booking fees for photography sessions are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled photography session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Products
Digital Products
- Non-Refundable: All sales of digital products, including digital images and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. Once digital products are delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Physical Products
- Returns: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
